These terms and conditions govern your use of the Vela Bath Co website and our bathroom and wet room installation services. Vela Bath Co is a trading name of Vela Property Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Vela Bath Co provides bathroom installation, wet room installation, and bathroom renovation services across Kent. All services are subject to a site survey and formal quotation.
All quotations provided by Vela Bath Co are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided during the consultation and site survey. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation.
Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work commences. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, or through our finance options (subject to status).
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of signing the contract (cooling-off period) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If work has already commenced with your agreement during this period, you may be liable for the cost of work completed. Cancellations after the cooling-off period may be subject to reasonable charges.
All installations come with our quality guarantee covering workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided separately.
Vela Bath Co carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Vela Property Group Ltd t/a Vela Bath Co acts as an introducer only and is not a financial adviser. We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (FRN: 539195) for the purposes of consumer credit, entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number 1051587. Any finance agreement is between you and the lender. Finance is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.
